Helping Children and Families Navigate Life

Danielle Stanton

ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

About Me:

One of Danielle’s fondest memories from childhood was adopting a cat, Butterscotch on the first day of Kindergarten! They spent many lazy summer days together in the backyard. Her love for animals has only grown since then. She currently has three fluffy, curly dogs named Bella, Dodger and Charlotte. Danielle also loved camping in Sequoia with her family.

Danielle loves her dogs, photography, design and art. All of Compass’ interior decorating is through the creativity and guidance of Danielle!

Danielle’s family includes her husband Ryan, daughters Claire, Ashley, and Sophia, and sons Ethan and Logan. In the past, Danielle and Ryan provided foster care for several children, but mostly teenagers. She was drawn to foster care because God has provided her with such a loving family and home to share that love. Danielle says she is passionate about children, quoting C.S. Lewis, “Children are not a distraction from more important work. They are the most important work.” She believes that children are just so special, amazing to work with, and need to be loved and cared for well.

Danielle spent most of her childhood in Southern California, graduated from Kearney High School and attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She serves Compass as an administrative assistant, doing a lot of behind the scenes work but also creating a welcoming atmosphere for all of the families and people we work with.
