About Me:
As a child, Emma loved to play outdoors, collect American Girl dolls, and read books. Her hobbies now include taking walks, cooking, and listening to NPR podcasts. Today, her family includes her loving parents, husband, older brother and his partner, as well as their rambunctious dachshund!
Emma is a recent graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work with a minor in Ethnic Studies. Emma also has experience as a respite care provider for a local family.
Emma entered the foster care and family services field because she is passionate about encouraging children to have hope for their future and to pursue their interests amidst adversity. She is passionate about developing positive relationships with the international student community, advocating for children and persons with disabilities, as well as sharing the love of Christ with those around her!
