Laura Castillo

When Laura was a kid, she loved being outside with her cousins, reading and eating! As an adult, she still loves to read, and enjoys spending time with her kids and grand daughter, and talking about the Lord. Laura’s family consists of her husband, Sergio, five children, one grand daughter, and their dog, Oso, and cat, Jupiter.

Laura is passionate about her faith and how God has worked in her life. She strives to demonstrate the Lord’s goodness through her and onto others.

Laura joined the Compass team as she had experienced a situation when she was a child that nearly exposed her to the foster care system. She is grateful for her uncle who took on the responsibility of caring for her and her brother while her mother was incarcerated.
