OUR SERVICES

Care that meets you where you are.

Meet Our Therapists

Our compassionate team of licensed therapists are here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth. Each counselor brings specialized training, experience, and a personalized approach to counseling.

OUR APPROACHES:

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR therapy helps people heal from trauma and other distressing experiences by safely reprocessing painful memories. During sessions, a therapist guides the client through focused memory work while using bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, to reduce emotional distress and support healing.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) helps people learn practical skills for managing emotions, tolerating distress, improving relationships, and staying grounded in the present moment. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with emotional intensity, impulsive behaviors, or self-destructive patterns.

Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI®)

TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) is a trauma-informed approach that helps children build trust, feel safe, and develop healthier coping skills through supportive relationships and compassionate guidance.

Interpersonal Techniques

Interpersonal techniques help clients improve communication, build healthier relationships, and navigate conflict in more effective ways.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) helps people understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. It focuses on practical strategies to challenge negative thinking, build healthier coping skills, and improve daily functioning.

PLAY THERAPY

Play therapy is a child-centered approach that uses play to help children express emotions, process experiences, and develop healthy coping skills in a safe and supportive setting.

FAITH-INTEGRATED

Faith-integrated therapy is a counseling approach that thoughtfully integrates biblical truth, prayer, and clinical care to support emotional healing and spiritual growth.

Somatic Practices

Somatic practices use body awareness, breathing, and gentle movement to help clients release tension, reduce stress, and support emotional regulation.
