Alexis Reinwald

Family Specialist

Lexi hopes that everyone she interacts with feels safe, supported, and comfortable opening up about what they're going through. She believes that sometimes the most meaningful thing you can offer someone is a listening ear, and she strives to create an environment where people feel heard, understood, and cared for.

Lexi was introduced to Compass through a mutual friend and was immediately drawn to the way the organization was represented. She appreciated Compass's commitment to serving children and families with compassion and integrity and was excited by the opportunity to be part of a team making a positive difference in the community.

Lexi earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Behavioral and Mental Health. Her educational background has provided her with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, mental health, and the importance of supportive relationships. She is passionate about continuing to grow professionally and hopes to pursue her Master's Degree in the future.

At the heart of Lexi's work is a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. She is passionate about supporting others through challenges, celebrating their successes, and helping create opportunities for growth and healing. Knowing that she has played even a small role in helping someone feel supported is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.

Outside of Compass, Lexi enjoys spending time with family and friends, making memories with the people she loves most. She also loves attending concerts during the summer and enjoys opportunities to relax, have fun, and experience new things.

One of Lexi's favorite Bible verses is Matthew 6:34, where Jesus reminds His followers not to worry about tomorrow but to focus on the present day. This verse is meaningful to her because it serves as a reminder to trust God with the future rather than becoming overwhelmed by uncertainty. It encourages her to live fully in the moment, rely on God's provision, and approach each day with faith and confidence.

Through her compassion, positive spirit, and commitment to helping others, Lexi hopes to be a source of encouragement, support, and hope for everyone she meets.
