Becky hopes that every person she encounters feels valued, heard, and genuinely cared for. She believes that taking time to listen and connect with others is one of the simplest yet most meaningful ways to show God's love. Whether she's serving families, leading worship, or encouraging those around her, Becky strives to help people feel seen and supported.

Becky was drawn to Compass because she felt called to be God's hands and feet in the lives of children and families. She sees serving others as an opportunity to live out her faith in practical ways and make a lasting impact through compassion, encouragement, and support.

Becky brings a unique blend of ministry, leadership, and teaching experience to her work. She serves as the Worship Pastor at Spirit of Life Church, where she is also part of the leadership team and teaches discipleship and Bible courses. Her passion for raising up the next generation of disciples and worshipers is evident in everything she does. In addition, Becky has taught voice and piano lessons for more than 20 years, helping students develop both their skills and confidence. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Ministry from Vision International College and Seminary.

At the heart of Becky's life are two passions: the Lord and music. She loves using her gifts to encourage others, bring joy to those around her, and help people grow in their relationship with Christ. Whether through worship, teaching, or serving families, she is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Outside of Compass, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, leading worship, and unwinding with a good true crime drama or documentary. She values opportunities to connect with loved ones and create meaningful memories together.

One of Becky's favorite passages of Scripture is Psalm 23. The psalm serves as a powerful reminder that God is always present, faithfully guiding and caring for His people. It encourages her to slow down, trust the Lord's leadership, and remember that she is never alone. No matter what challenges life brings, Psalm 23 helps Becky keep her eyes fixed on God's goodness, provision, and peace.

Through her faith, servant's heart, and love for people, Becky seeks to reflect Christ's love and bring hope, encouragement, and joy to everyone she meets.
