Brad Stolcpart

Director of Family Services

Brad believes that some of the most meaningful conversations happen when people feel truly heard. He strives to be a sounding board for others, creating space for ideas, challenges, and growth. Whether he's working with families, colleagues, or community partners, his goal is for people to leave feeling empowered, confident, and supported.

What drew Brad to Compass was the opportunity to make a direct impact in the communities where he lives and serves. He is passionate about helping strengthen families and creating positive change that extends far beyond a single interaction.

Brad earned his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and spent several years working at YRTC-Kearney before joining the Compass team. His professional experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face, as well as the importance of support, accountability, and encouragement in helping people succeed.

At the heart of Brad’s work is a passion for helping families thrive within their homes and communities. As a leader, he also enjoys investing in his team, helping others discover their strengths, grow professionally, and become the best versions of themselves. Few things are more rewarding to him than watching people gain confidence and reach their full potential.

Outside of Compass, Brad enjoys spending time outdoors whenever he can. Whether he's golfing, fishing, playing or coaching basketball, or simply sitting outside and enjoying nature, he values opportunities to recharge and connect with the world around him.

One Bible verse that holds special meaning for Brad is Jeremiah 29:11. During a season of uncertainty while searching for a new career path, his family reminded him of God's promise and faithfulness through this verse. It continues to serve as a reminder that God has a purpose for every season and that His plans are always greater than our fears or uncertainties.
