Cami hopes that people experience warmth, authenticity, and openness when they interact with her. She believes that meaningful relationships are built through genuine connection, kindness, and creating a space where people feel comfortable being themselves.

What drew Cami to Compass was the opportunity to be part of an organization rooted in faith and committed to doing God's work with humility and compassion. She was inspired by Compass's mission to serve children, families, and communities while reflecting Christ's love through everyday actions and relationships.

Cami brings more than 15 years of administrative experience to her role, along with a heart for serving others. She has also spent many years volunteering in children's ministry, investing in the lives of young people and supporting families within her church community. These experiences have strengthened her organizational skills while deepening her passion for helping others feel welcomed, supported, and connected.

At the heart of Cami's life is a passion for service and building genuine relationships. She enjoys encouraging others, finding ways to support those around her, and creating meaningful connections that help people feel valued and cared for.

Outside of Compass, Cami enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her children as they participate in activities and pursue their interests. She also loves being active outdoors, working on creative projects, and watching documentaries. Whether she's spending time with loved ones or exploring a new interest, she values opportunities to learn, grow, and create lasting memories.

One of Cami's favorite Scripture passages is Romans 5:1-11. She finds great comfort and hope in the reminder that God's love is not dependent on human perfection or performance. The passage reassures her that even in our imperfections, God's love remains constant and unchanging. This truth fills her with lasting hope, deep-rooted joy, and gratitude for the grace that is available to everyone through Christ.
