Cassie hopes that people leave their interactions with her feeling confident, encouraged, and capable of moving forward. She believes that when people feel supported and equipped, they are better able to overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and thrive in the roles and responsibilities God has given them.

What drew Cassie to Compass was the opportunity to help children feel safe and support families in building strong, healthy foundations. She is passionate about helping families grow and flourish according to God's design and believes that investing in children and parents creates lasting impact for generations to come.

Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science in Christian Counseling from Liberty University. Her education has provided her with a strong foundation in faith-based support, relationship-building, and understanding the unique challenges families face. She brings both professional knowledge and a heart for ministry to her work with children and families.

At the center of Cassie's life is a deep passion for family and children. She believes every child is valuable, worthy of love, and deserving of a safe environment where they can grow and succeed. Helping families strengthen their relationships and create stability for their children is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

Outside of Compass, Cassie enjoys spending time with her family, serving at her church, attending her children's sporting events, and baking. Whether she's cheering from the sidelines, volunteering in ministry, or gathering with loved ones, she treasures opportunities to invest in the people she cares about most.

One of Cassie's favorite Bible verses is Matthew 19:14: *“Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”* This passage reminds her of how deeply Jesus loves and values children. It also serves as a beautiful invitation for all believers to approach Christ with the same trust, humility, and faith that children naturally possess. For Cassie, the verse reinforces the importance of protecting, nurturing, and caring for every child while pointing them toward the love of God.
