Being part of that journey and seeing lives transformed through faith, support, and community continues to inspire her every day.

With more than 26 years of experience working with children and teens from a variety of backgrounds, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and understanding to her work. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to helping young people feel seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Children hold a special place in Danielle's heart. She is passionate about their importance, value, and role in shaping the future. One quote that deeply resonates with her comes from C.S. Lewis: *“Children are not a distraction from more important work. They are the most important work.”* This belief guides her approach to serving children and families and reinforces her commitment to investing in the next generation.

Outside of Compass, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and beloved dogs. She has been married to her husband, Ryan, for 27 years, and together they have raised five children. Family is one of her greatest joys, and she treasures the time they spend together creating memories and supporting one another.

One of Danielle's favorite Scripture passages is Isaiah 40:30-31, which reminds believers that true hope, strength, and renewal are found in Christ. The passage encourages her to trust in God's faithfulness, especially during challenging seasons, and serves as a reminder that He provides the endurance and strength needed for every step of the journey.
