Keytan Lemburg

Family Specialist

Keytan hopes that when people interact with him, they leave feeling a sense of peace. He believes that some of the greatest gifts we can offer others are a listening ear, a genuine conversation, and a reason to smile. Whether through encouragement, connection, or simply being present, he strives to create meaningful interactions that help others feel supported and valued.

What drew Keytan to Compass was the opportunity to make a tangible impact in the local community while working for an organization whose values are deeply rooted in faith. He was inspired by Compass's commitment to serving others and living out Christ-centered values not only in the workplace but also in everyday life. For Keytan, being part of a mission that transforms lives while reflecting God's love is both meaningful and rewarding.

Keytan brings a strong background in ministry and youth engagement to his work. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Church Ministry and Leadership and has spent years investing in the next generation through youth groups, summer camps, and youth conventions. He also serves as the Networking Director for Project Wilderness, a youth ministry focused on building community and connection through a shared love of gaming. These experiences have strengthened his ability to build relationships, foster belonging, and connect with people from all walks of life.

At the heart of Keytan's passions is a genuine love for people. He enjoys hearing others' stories, learning what has shaped their lives, and discovering what makes them unique. Whether it's over a cup of coffee, a phone call, or a casual conversation, he values opportunities to build authentic connections and encourage those around him.

Outside of Compass, Keytan enjoys staying active through basketball and spending time at the gym. He also loves being outdoors, traveling, and trying out new video games with friends. Whether he's exploring a new place or connecting with others through shared interests, he enjoys experiences that foster community and growth.

One of Keytan's favorite Scripture passages is Isaiah 40:3-5, which speaks of preparing the way for the Lord. He is inspired by the image of clearing paths and removing obstacles before a king's arrival. To him, the passage serves as a powerful reminder that believers are called to be trailblazers - helping create pathways for others to overcome hardship, experience hope, and develop a lasting relationship with God. It challenges him to faithfully serve others and prepare the way for God's work both in his personal life and in the lives of those around him.

Through his faith, passion for people, and commitment to meaningful connection, Keytan seeks to bring encouragement, peace, and hope to everyone he meets.
