Christina Clarke

From a young age, Christina knew she wanted to help others—though her childhood dream of becoming a vet eventually grew into a passion for serving people. She chose Compass because of its strong family values and deep care for the individuals and families it serves.

Christina holds an associate degree in Human Services and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s. Her professional experience includes serving as a Family Support Worker, Activities Assistant, and Social Service Assistant at a nursing home—roles that have strengthened her dedication to supporting others through compassion and care.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her daughter, two sons, and their dog, Gemma. You can often find them together at the lake or relaxing with a good book. Christina is passionate about making every day a little brighter for everyone she encounters.
