Helping Children and Families Navigate Life

Elizabeth Neukirch

Intensive Family Specialist

About Me:

When Elizabeth was a kid, she enjoyed catching toads and other reptiles to keep as pets. She enjoyed helping her mom in the garden, and spending time with her friends. As an adult, she enjoys traveling, live music, reading books, and spending time outside soaking up the sun!

Elizabeth’s family includes her two hairless cats (Sonder and Saturn), her partner and his dog. She also considers her cousin, aunt, half-brother, his wife and their two children to be close family. Elizabeth treasures her loyal friends, and is happy to call them family, too!

She obtained her bachelors degree in Communications with a minor in Behavioral Health from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She is currently pursuing her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Drug and Alcohol counseling. Elizabeth is passionate about mental health and conducting research through human experiences, from adult relationships to early childhood education.

Elizabeth joined Compass as she wants to instill positive change by working with children and families to break generational “norms.” She believes there is hope for a healthier future. She shared, “Compass helps guide families through lifes challenges with insight and grace.”
