Morganne Williams

When Morganne was a kid, she was “obsessed” with Strawberry Shortcake. 

Morganne’s passion to serve teens in the foster care system stemmed from her own experiences, as her parents opened their home to children and teens in foster care. Her love and concern for children in need is a value she learned from an early age and has wanted to work at Compass since she was in the 3rd grade. Morganne earned her Bachelors Degree in Sociology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and has volunteered with Royal Family Kids Camp and Mentoring Club for nine years. 

Morganne’s family includes her two adoptive daughters, Aubriana and Angelina, and their dog, Waffles. Morganne is a current foster parent and feels that her family is always growing. 

In her down-time, you can find Morganne reading, playing with waffles, and enjoying being at home.
