Olivia Janssen

Olivia has a heart for helping others and finds joy in being part of God’s work of restoration in the lives of children and families. She chose Compass because she cares deeply about making a difference and bringing hope through Christ.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Olivia holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She is passionate about advocating for people, meeting their needs with compassion, and walking alongside them through life’s challenges.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys music, spending time with friends, traveling, and trying new foods. She also has a special love for Asian culture and enjoys learning more about it whenever she can.
