Helping Children and Families Navigate Life
Growing up, Rachel loved playing sports, spending summer days at the lake, and being surrounded by her friends and cousins. She fondly shares that her brother and two sisters are her best friends. Coming from a large family shaped her love for connection and community.
As an adult, Rachel is married with two grown children and a granddaughter who brings her great joy. At home, she also has her beloved “house lion,” a cat named Carmela.
Rachel is well-versed in the human services field. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, an MBA, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Capital Management. Her professional background includes serving as a CFSS for DHHS, being a licensed foster parent, and working as a Compass Field Advisor. In addition, she owns a small business specializing in property management and bookkeeping.
Outside of work and studies, Rachel enjoys time at the lake with her family, tending to her flower garden, and tackling DIY home improvement projects.
Rachel joined the Compass team because of her lifelong passion for serving children and families. She takes pride in helping people find creative solutions to life’s challenges. Guided by her personal motto, “Be blessed and be a blessing,”Rachel strives to bring encouragement and support to those around her.
